About Us

Ashok Pincha, Founder and Proprietor of M/s Pincha & Co,is a chartered Accountant qualified in 2002 and a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (“ICAI”). He is also qualified Diploma in information Systems Audit (“DISA”) in & Diploma in Insurance & Risk Management (“DIRM”) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from The American Institute of Certified Public Accountant (AICPA) further completed certification in International Taxation from ICAI . He specializes in the areas of Audit & Assurance, Direct Tax, Indirect Taxes, Company Secretarial & Business Advisory Services etc.
He has Successfully conducted and led statutory audits, tax audits and management audits of various manufacturing, trading, engineering, services, software & communication companies.
He has handled legal submissions and liaised with revenue authorities like Income Tax, Sales Tax, Service Tax and Registrar of Companies for related matters & concerns.
Ashok is also involved in handling of concurrent and Internal audits of Banks and PSU’S and have extensive knowledge in compliance to rules and regulations as defined by statutory authorities’ viz. RBI, Income Tax, Sales Tax, Customs and Excise department etc. regarding audit and assurance.
